Main Courses

Kappa: Traditional Kappa is made by peeling and boiling tapioca with turmeric and salt until soft, then seasoning it with coconut oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, garlic, green chilies, and optionally grated coconut before mixing everything together and serving hot.
Chicken Dum Biryani: Chicken Dum Biryani is a flavorful dish made by layering marinated chicken and partially cooked rice, then sealing and slow-cooking it (“dum”) with aromatic spices to infuse rich flavors.
